This pottery course involves eight 2.5 hour lessons spread over 8 weeks.
Wonderful Anneke Borren will be running the 8-week classes for intermediate/advanced potters for the first term of 2023. By the end of the pottery course, you will have gained a whole new understanding and skills in the field of pottery as well as an understanding of the processes and terminology critical to ceramic art.
This pottery course caters for students who already have some experience and understanding of the basics of pottery, as well as for more experienced students to further develop their skills. Participants need to be able to throw a pot with ease to participate.
The pottery course price includes a bag of Mac’s Mud clay, use of tools, aprons and facilities, and the firing and glazing of 4 pieces of work. You are welcome to have extra pieces fired at an additional cost. All you need to bring is suitable clothing for working with clay.
